Description:
This two-day advanced training is designed to prepare experienced Scrum Masters for a leadership role in driving Agile team, program, and enterprise success within a SAFE environment. Participants will gain expertise in facilitating cross-team collaboration to enhance program execution and foster continuous improvement.
The course expands on traditional Scrum practices by introducing scalable engineering and DevOps methodologies, leveraging Kanban for optimizing value delivery, and fostering collaboration with architects, product management, and other key stakeholders across the enterprise.
With a focus on building high-performing teams, this training provides practical tools to identify and address Agile and Scrum anti-patterns commonly encountered in larger organizations. By the end of the course, attendees will be ready to take the certification exam and earn the SAFE® Advanced Scrum Master (SASM) credential.
